What a busy June we’ve had! Starting the month off at Brave Horse II assistant trainer Sarah Livingston made her show debut on Photo Op taking Reserve Champion in the Future Hunters. Alexandra Mehas had top ribbons in the USHJA Hunter 2’0” on both her mounts Stargazer and Robin Hood. Madeline Kottman and her pony jumper, Valor, had fast rounds and took a blue ribbon home in the .95 jumpers. Ella Ballard and NE-YO where 4th out of 15 in the $3,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby. This team also took home Reserve Champion in the 3’0” Adult Hunters.
The biggest news of all is our other assistant trainer Jessica Borton and husband Richard welcomed their first baby into the world. Leonardo Richard Borton was born June 16th at 4:33am.
We celebrated Ella Ballard graduating from CSG with a lovely party hosted at Yellow Hill Farm. In true Hunters Court tradition, we presented Ella with a lovely jewelry piece from Tiffany’s & CO.
We wrapped up June at Brave Horse III. Our riders and horses did so well with the extreme heat wave that came through that week.
