Hunters Court Farm wrapped up a great summer show season at the Equivents September Horse Show! Thanks to Jennifer and Mike from Far and Away Farms for putting on such a great show series. Congratulations to Ella Ballard and All in Perspective for their championship in the Crossrails division! We had another champion in Maddie on My Brown-Eyed Girl who dominated the Walk-Trot division with almost a clean sweep of blue ribbons! Kaylin Melnyk and Pearl Izumi were 2nd in the Jumpers. Coco Chanel had ribbons with both Elisabeth Gibbs and Raquel Scharyj, including a 2nd in the Intermediate Adult under saddle. Jen Rugg and Rudy Rudiger earned consistent ribbons in the Intermediate Adults. Cassidy Platte and Res Ipsa and Nina and All in Perspective received ribbons in a very large limit hunter division. All of their hard work really showed this weekend! Jessica Ohlinger and Ulla had good ribbons in the Baby Greens and Jessica piloted Ulla through her first jumper class, we’re very excited to see how this mare develops! The night classes Saturday were the Walk Trot and Crossrail classics. Ella was 4th in the Crossrail Classic, Sarah and her pony was 5th and Maddie 2nd in the Walk Trot Classic. Lastly, Nicole helped school Stefanie Copeland to a reserve championship with Dey Goodman’s mare Femme Fatale in the Baby Greens. We also celebrated Stef’s going away party and wished her luck on her future endeavors. Thanks to all HCF riders, friends and family who showed up to throw a great party and keep the energy high all weekend long!
